Hi
everyone and I'm back today with a Magnolia project to share using the
gorgeous new bunny Tilda's from the Little Easter Collection, this is
Ballerina Bunny Tilda and Tilda Holding Easter Egg, they're very cute
and are a lovely additions to my Easter Magnolia's, I particularly love
the bunnies! I've also used the Doo Bee Pops Honeycomb paper again to
make the Easter egg on the corrugated card tag and it's such a pretty
colour for spring and Easter.
I've
coloured with copic markers and then cut them both out. I painted the
tag with Picket Fence crackle paint and edged everything with Gathered
Twigs Distress Ink. The fence is die cut from white Bazzil card using
the Lovely Fence DooHickey die and the butterflies are also DooHickey
dies. It's not that visible but behind the fence which is curved around
the tag and at the base of the tag I added some green crepe paper which I
cut into to make the grass for the egg to sit in.
I've finished off with some pearl pen pearls and some turquoise tulle
netting for the bow.
Have a lovely evening :D
I'm entering my tag into:

Valentine
Hi everyone and I hope you're keeping warm if you're here in the UK. More snow down here in the south and very pretty it is as long as the roads stay clear :D, a photo I took today is further down. For this project I've tried colouring directly onto a wooden heart decoration, I like to see the effects I get on different surfaces. I used pencils and as the wood is a very soft wood the effect is less precise than but I like the rustic effect. I coloured a background but left the edges uncoloured. On this side I've used Tilda with dot bow and the flying heart on the large hanging heart. The other hearts are freehand.
On the other side of the main heart I've used the gorgeous Tilda blowing hearts, I think she's really sweet and can be used for occasions other than valentine and of course neither of these Tilda's have wooden hearts :). The smaller wooden hearts are the same on both sides.
I'm entering into the following challenges:

Midweek Magnolias - Valentine

Edwin with daffodil and Doo Bee Pops
I've also used some of the new Magnolia Doo Bee Pops honeycomb paper and I've used this cut with the Magnolia Doo Hickey flag die from the Peony and Turquoise paper and edged the paper with white paint. I also cut some of the Fern Doo Bee Pops free hand into a leaf shape and made a stem from a thin piece of the paper for my sild daffodil to rest on. The base tag is cut from re-cycled corrugated card, then a chipboard tag cut with a Sizzix Ornamental die covered in Websters Pages paper and under that I've cut three DooHickey mini doilies from white card, cut them in half and placed in between the two tags.
I finished off with some paint on the corrugated card, a Tim Holtz chit chat sticker, paper daffodil, some dyed and painted seam binding and some pearl pen dots in yellow.
I'm entering my tag in the challenges at:
Tilda's Town - anything goes
Stamp and Create with Magnolias - spring flowers
Magnolia Mania - anything goes with the option of hearts but I didn't use hearts
Enjoy your day.
