Hi everyone and I hope your weekend is off to a good start! A nice long holiday weekend for us here in the UK and hopefully the rain will stay off! A photo inspiration challenge on BasicGrey Challenges this time and I've gone for the colours and the hearts. Amazing inspiration from my DT friends, as always they come up with the perfect images. papers and designs, I love them all and I hope you can join us, there's a great prize from our sponsor Simon Says Stamp too.
I've coloured Tilda with distress inks, surprise, surprise and I used papers from BasicGrey Cupcake collection. The hearts stamped onto Magnolia pattern paper bottom right and the music stamped onto the background paper are also Magnolia stamps. Have a lovely Saturday.

ReplyDeleteI love all your creations and I admire your colouring techique. I saw your little tutorial in the magnolia ink magazine on how to do backgrounds and I've tried but it didnt turn out nearly as good as yours...

ReplyDeleteChris.....Your cards are so beautiful.. I've done scrapbooking for years...I'm jumping into stamping with both feet in. I hope that I can get that talent like you and the rest of these talented ladies...Do you have any pointers for me? You mentioned in one of your post of (distress inks) then cut out with a (nesties label die) (CB bubbles folder..... Can you tell I'm a new stamper.Sorry for all of the questions...warm regards, Camille Oops one more question what kind of inks or markers do you use?
